Just wow! It's been just over a month since we launched the pre-orders for the XboxHDMI kit, and so much has been going on behind the scenes.
First and foremost, we want to personally thank each and every one of you that have shown your support by pre-ordering! Also, a very special thanks goes out to RetroRGB and Modern Vintage Gamer for their in-depth and unbiased reviews.
Shipping Update
Orders for both the XboxHDMI and OpenXenium orders are now shipping!
Orders have now started to ship out! Since October 13th we have been shipping out orders daily. Over the next week, we will be ramping up production to full-speed and shipping out at least 100 more units.
We are currently waiting for more boards to arrive. Since we pushed the pre-order window back to October 5th, we inadvertently missed our internal goal of receiving production boards this week due to the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. This has set us back by a week, two weeks at most, on producing the majority of boards for orders. Rest assured, we are fully expecting to be able to ramp up production and shipping to have most orders out before the end of the month as everything else is in place.
At this time we do not expect any delays with the XboxHDMI 1.6 kits shipping at the end of October. We are still waiting on production samples and will post an update if any issues come up.
